One of the greatest resources available for art collectors and sculptors is located five miles north
of Santa Fe, New
Mexico, in the village of Tesuque (te-soo-ke). Shidoni, an art gallery including 8 acres of sculpture
gardens and bronze
art foundry, is situated along the Rio Tesuque on a former apple orchard. Visitors have the opportunity
to visit the
indoor art galleries which represent more than 150 artists from all over the country, stroll the
gallery sculpture
gardens, as well as watch 2000 degree molten bronze being poured into ceramic shell molds. Shidoni
is a Navajo word
